From the first time a student walks onto our exquisite campus as a freshman until commencement day - when a graduate holds the well-earned diploma in their hand - the college journey is full of extraordinary moments.

During their time here, students achieve incredible milestones. But sometimes, they also face roadblocks.
One young woman you helped is Janine, a hard-working student who is also the single mother of five children.
"I've had some financial obligations come up that had to be paid that were not part of my monthly budget. When unexpected financial obligations come about, it's difficult," she said.
"I depend on my car for transportation to school and work, and for my children. But when my registration and insurance lapsed, I felt overwhelmed."
Thanks to you, DCC CARES was able to provide Janine with support. Now she is nearing completion of her associate degree.
